FanRecon (Registered as Fan Recon) collects data specifically to provide enterprise-grade analytics and automation tools for Telegram agencies. We categorize data into "Agency Data" (your B2B account) and "Fan Data" (end-users interacting with your bots).

2. Third-Party Messaging Integrations

Our Service integrates directly with the Telegram API. By using FanRecon, you acknowledge and consent to our processing of message data as follows:

Message Content: We process inbound and outbound messages to provide AI automation (via Google Gemini) and CRM features.
Metadata: We store metadata (timestamps, message IDs, user IDs) to generate "Mission Control" analytics.
Data Minimization: We do not store media files permanently unless explicitly saved to your "Media Vault". Ephemeral media is processed in-memory.

3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

For Agencies (Controllers): You own the Fan Data collected by your bots. FanRecon acts as a "Data Processor". We provide tools ("The Shredder") to help you comply with Right to Erasure requests from your Fans.

Your Rights:

Access: You may export your bot's conversation history via the dashboard.
Rectification: You can update bot personas and settings at any time.
Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data by contacting support or using the dashboard settings.

4. Cookie Policy

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and session management. We use analytical cookies (Vercel Analytics) to improve platform performance. You may disable analytical cookies via your browser settings.
